The Premium Warranty: Minimize Downtime

Every Lumina system comes with a standard one year, normal turnaround time warranty. A three year Premium Warranty is available that provides the following additional benefits:

• Immediate Replacement
   
  Purchasers of a Premium Warranty have access to a number of Lumina systems reserved specifically for them. Should your system break down, Cedrus will send you a replacement unit immediately that you can use until your unit is repaired.
   
  Without a Premium Warranty, a defective unit needs to be sent back, repaired, and then sent back to you, resulting in a downtime from 5 to 8 weeks.
   

• Extended Warranty Period
  
  With a Premium Warranty, your system is covered for a full three years instead of one.

Both the standard and premium warranties include shipping costs from us to your location, worldwide. The cost of shipping a defective Lumina system back to Cedrus is covered by the customer.
