Support   c-pod    c-pod for BNC TTL

‍Summary

‍A number of EEG and other biometric recorders use BNC connectors.

‍Important: As the name implies, c-pod for BNC TTL generates TTL signals, i.e. 0 or 5 volts. If the acceptable voltage range on your recorder’s BNC connector is less than 5 volts, you need Analog c-pod instead.

‍c-pod for BNC TTL has two connectors:

  • A BNC connector, handy for when you need a single bit of output.
  • A DB15 connector that offers 8 bits of output. Your unit comes with a breakout cable. It connects to the DB15 connector on one end and has 8 BNC connectors on the other end.

‍Accessories You Might Need

‍Longer Cable

‍If you need more length, we recommend this 10 foot extension cable for the DB15 connector from L-Com. It is more convenient than getting 8 separate BNC cable extenders. Avoid purchasing “vga extension cables” because they do not have all the wires running through.

‍Avoid also the temptation to get a longer USB cable; see the first question on this Riponda FAQ page.

‍Gender Changer

‍These are readily and cheaply available on Amazon.
