Cedrus does not officially support Linux. However, we are happy to provide some instructions on how to get started.
The RB Series response pads use USB interface chips made by FTDI. Recent versions of the Linux kernel include the required FTDI drivers and should recognize the response pad automatically. You can also obtain the drivers from FTDI’s website.
Cedrus has a Python open source library that was tested on Ubuntu Linux. See this page for additional information.
