Activating is a smooth and quick operation if SuperLab can connect to the Internet. If access is blocked, we highly recommend that you try enabling port 5972. But if you cannot, you can perform a “manual activation” without an Internet connection. This involves:
You will need a USB stick. Let’s get started.
The screen shot uses a Mac, but the instructions work similarly on Windows as well.
On the SuperLab Computer:

Insert the USB memory stick.

Within SuperLab, go to the Help menu and choose License…. SuperLab will try to connect to the license server. After several seconds, it will give up and present you with a dialog like the one on the right.
Click on the Save the request file button. A “Save” dialog will appear.
On the left sidebar, select the USB memory stick as the destination. Click on the Save button.
Remove the USB stick from the SuperLab computer.
On the Second Computer:

Insert the USB stick in the second, online computer.

Open a browser page and go to activation.cedrus.com.
Click on the Choose File button; when prompted, locate the “SuperLab Activation File.txt” file you saved earlier onto the USB memory stick.
Enter the CAPTCHA words.
Click on the Upload File button.
The next screen will prompt you to enter a license key or your email and password. If you have used SuperLab before, enter your registered email and password. Otherwise, if it's your first time, you will need the license key; the website will ask you to provide an email address and password to setup an account.
Afterwards, SuperLab will ask you to describe the computer that you’ll be using the license on. This is to help you keep track of licenses when you have more than one.

On the next screen, click on the Generate Activation File button. This will generate and display a link to the file.

Click on the link to download the activation file and save it to the USB memory stick.
We’re done online. You can now remove the USB stick and go back to the offline computer.
Back On the SuperLab Computer:

Insert the USB memory stick.

Assuming the “Activate SuperLab” dialog is still up, click on the Load the activation file button. This will prompt you for a file.

Locate the activation file that’s on the USB stick and open it.
Done. Your SuperLab license is now ready to use until the end of the activation period that you chose.
