Support    StimTracker 1G    StimTracker Interface to BioSemi ActiveTwo

Summary

Cedrus manufactures a StimTracker adapter board that makes it possible to interface with BioSemi’s ActiveTwo data acquisition system using a standard DB37 cable.

This document describes the signals that the adapter board makes available to ActiveTwo’s USB 2.0 Receiver.

The Signals

The channel number is as seen in ActiView. The analog (Trig. number) and decimal values are both presented. Ground is on DB37 pin 37. See also the note in Using StimTracker about the rate at which the LEDs flash in StimTracker’s front panel. BioSemi’s description of trigger signals might also be useful.

ERRATA

Unfortunately, a design error was discovered after StimTracker shipped: the right and left channels are swapped. When StimTracker detects input on the left channel, it will incorrectly flash the “R” LED instead of the “L” one, and vice versa. The event markers that are produced are swapped as well.
